You can create hyperlinks to other web pages using images. To create a link from an image to another web page, use the following steps.

Step 1: Select the image you wish to link by clicking it in the WebStarts editor.

Step 2: Click the ‘create hyperlink’  icon on the toolbar. You will then be able to select to link to a page on your website, an external website, or to a file uploaded to your account.
